Contact the burial team 24 hours a day
Call or message us with the deceased person’s location, the family’s contact details and any proposed arrangements. Please confirm the available support with our team before fixing transport or burial times.
What our volunteer services include
- Washing and shrouding, with experienced male washers for men and female washers for women.
- Free shrouds, subject to availability.
- Grave digging and preparation, and assistance during burial.
- Coordination for the funeral prayer and support for the bereaved family.
- Transport within Cyprus when possible, subject to available resources and advance coordination.
Our team does not charge the family for these services, and help is not conditional on a donation. Volunteers and supporters contribute their time, effort and burial supplies.
